Every occupation has a professional organization to turn to. For employees of USD232 that professional organization is the De Soto Teachers’ Association (DTA). Membership in DTA means that you are a part of negotiating for our yearly contracts and negotiated agreement, conversations between teachers and all levels of administration, guidance and support during times of trial and greatness, but most of all you are a part of the most powerful collective voice in education.
